Middle School Supply Tips for Ontario Parents
- Get the right calculator early. They sell out at Staples and Walmart by late August every year.
- Check binder colour requirements. Many Ontario teachers assign specific binder colours per subject. Confirm with your school before buying.
- Loose leaf over notebooks for some subjects. Teachers in Grades 7-8 often collect assignments on loose leaf — having a 300-sheet pack keeps students stocked all year.
