Refund & Returns Policy

We want every order to arrive right and on time. If something isn't right, we'll make it right.

Eligibility: Items can be returned within 30 days of delivery. Products must be unused and in original packaging.

How to return: Email us at pencildropp@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll respond within 1–2 business days with next steps.

Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, we'll issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Damaged or wrong items: If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, email us immediately with a photo. We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund — no return required.
